  BUST - Measure around the fullest part of your bust, ensuring that the measuring tape is parallel to the ground.

  WAIST - Measure around your natural waistline, which is typically the narrowest part of your torso.

  HIPS - Measure around the fullest part of your hips, approximately 20cm (8 inches) down from your natural waistline.

  SLEEVE LENGTH - Measure from the shoulder seam to the desired length of the sleeve.

  SHOULDER - Measure from one shoulder seam to the other, across the back.
